We had to file extensions for all of our companies for the first time ever because we had so much trouble getting Aatrix to update and then actually work. It was a 2 week nightmare and we still didn't get it working until Monday, January 31st. Cameron Gillespie was very helpful near the end when he jumped on to help. He's the reason it's even working today for us.
