Aatrix should be an option for those who need it. We should not be forced to use a system that we don't know if we can trust, and who does not have their staff properly trained to answers queries.

The move to Aatrix was very fraustrating. When the review was done, it was said that we do not need to use Aatrix to submit our annual report information, but we can print off if needed.
In the attempt to process my T4s there was no other options. I called Aatrix to ask, and the lady who answered was not sure if they did Canadian reporting. I said yes they do. I asked her if we had no other option, she suggest that I find an independent company to use, I asked how would that work since we only have Vista, she doesn't know, she guess we are stuck with Aatrix, its my choice if I want to wait and then report the information late.
I asked if at the end I would be able save a copy of the T4s, She said no, I can only print. I hard time believing that in this day and age, we would be not able to save a soft copy, I was not happy. She said I should send an email to the help desk and begin to be upset with me, and taht currently she has no other Canadian agrueing with her about the use of Aatrix
In the end I had no choice but to register for Aatrix who required my CRA information in order to electronically submit my files. This was the worst part, how do I know I should trust them. I was not happy
I submitted my information but has no data from CRA that these information has been submitted.
I have over 270 T4s and I was not prepared to do them manually, whether online or to mail. Also, we usually email a copy of out T4, there was no option to email, only to mail.
Yes, I agree, something needs to change.
