As if this hasn't been bad enough, the envelopes I had to order to go with the new forms are being returned left and right! USPS said the reader doesn't like them because the windows are so close together!

I am sorry to hear that the forms and envelopes created mailing issues. This should be reported through Support channels to help us understand where the problem exists and how to correct it. Were your forms/envelopes ordered from Viewpoint Business Forms? Was it a problem with W-2s, 1099s or both? Did you print using Aatrix or Vista?
I agree! I also found that the addresses did not line up with the windows!! I called Vista and was informed that they "guarantee" that the envelopes that they provided would work with the forms with Aatrix.
