It is coming to light that only the Vista user who prepares and submits the yearend forms and data to Aatrix can later access those filings for reprints or corrections. This presents a problem is the is a change in personnel. I generated, printed and submitted the 2021 yearend filings through Aatrix. If I leave the company, no one will have access to those filings unless the company maintains my Vista Profile and workstation for later use. That is not practical. Any user with the appropriate Vista rights should be able to access the Aatrix filings for reprint or correction.

Agree, but also make sure that payroll users can only see the payroll submissions, AP can only see the AP submissions, and ACA submissions are also secured. We have 3 different groups of people doing each piece.
