We need access to prior year Forms W-2. In Viewpoint's transition to Aatrix, it seems no one prepared for this. We often have employees asking us for re-prints of prior year W-2s because they've lost them or never received them. We've always been able to do this for them until we've been shipped off to Aatrix.

W-2 info from prior years can be printed using Vista's standard W-2 Summary Report. It prints in a different layout than the IRS W-2 but contains all the same information. If you need a copy matching the IRS W-2, one can be printed from the HR Portal (HFF/Keystyle). Note that both of these reports print from Vista W-2 data and will not include edits made directly in Aatrix that have not also been made in Vista.
We are an union employer and are audited by several unions. They always want copies of W2s. I have an audit for 2019-2021 and now I can't get to the W2's older than 2021. What am I supposed to do?
I need to be able to print/reprint W-2's for employees.
