My experience with Aatrix has been horrible. It took 2.5 days, plus time plus 2 viewpoint support team members, plus my IT manager and my time to have the platform working. This began the first week of February and the clock started to tick and there was less time for me to remit my T4s comfortably. I need to go in and out of Aatrix with the fixes I needed to do with either setting codes to ensuring all amounts were captured. This was very time consuming. I than hit the last wall of obtaining my web access code. I also understand that if I remit today, it doesn't get uploaded to CRA immediately which I have a problem with. Not only did I have to waste my time on this platform, I had to pay for something that I wasn't 100% satisfied with. Not only do you have to pay for it, the remittances have to be completed at least 3 days before the deadline which we didn't have to worry about before. Extremely frustrating.
