SM PO's Not Billing Correctly

When a PO is entered for a work order, then an invoice is put in over or under that PO amount, the Total Billable box populates from the total of the PO or the Projected Cost box and not the Actual Cost. We have now under billed work orders because it is not populating the correct total to bill.
