The ability to cap the amount of paid time off used in a calendar year (not accrued). We have a state mandated law which requires us to allow employees to accrue a certain amount of paid sick leave as well as a max amount an employee can take per calendar year.

    I need votes for this. I am sure everyone is dealing with new legislation that requires more adaptability and this is a BIG one!
