Attachments to AP Transaction Entry should show in SM Work Order if tied to Work Order

Anything attached to the AP Transaction Entry should be visible on the SM Work Order if it is entered to type 8-SM Work Order or type 6-PO if the PO is attached to an SM Work Order.
