AP Enterers wouldn't be allowed to view or alter others AP Entries in AP Unapproved. We have had instances when enterers have erroneously deleted and or altered the wrong sequence.

It would be helpful if the particular pay controller who entered the entry was able to delete their entry/line item as needed. Limiting the delete option only to their entries!
