Instead of DELETING T&M templates it would be way more useful to make them inactive. This way if you haven't used a template say for a specific customer, you can make it inactive. Then if you get a job for that customer a year later, you can make their template "active" and not reinvent the wheel. Secondly, when choosing a T&M template to add to a contract, from the F4 list, you should have the ability to filter "only active templates". This saves you from scrolling through unused, invalid templates.
