Please bring back the ability to let users select revenue recognition type for SM Agreements and WO Scopes

This feature was actually working fairly OK in 2020 but since 2021 you have made it so that recognizing revenue as costs are incurred is an all or nothing deal.

Please bring back our ability to recognize revenue as costs are incurred on WOs or agreements based on user settings rather than company settings.
