Copy AP Unapproved Invoice Entry Seq # (including attachment) for items entered to wrong month

Often people entering AP Unapproved invoices start the sequence by entering the wrong month, however, do not realize it. This happens a lot around calendar year end when the dates & corresponding accounting months are moving between years (i.e. a Dec invoice that is being entered during the month of Jan).
