Not having to go change the job in order to e-mail out a subcontract CO

Currently when issuing a change order I can be working in a specific job to issue the PCO and the CO but when i go to send the SCCO it often it would come up blank, i have to go back to PM project and change to that job number. If i am working in a specific "job number" it should default to that job.
