We need the ability to use the Labor Rate Overrides while the Labor Rate Options are set to Cost. Currently the system will ignore the Override.
"Note: If you set the Labor Rate Option to Costs for a template (in JB T&M Template Setup), labor rates are disregarded during the billing process. You can still set up labor rate overrides here; however, the system will ignore this information when generating billings using the selected template."

Adding in some detail to the request:
We have a contract that is Cost Plus, with the exception of a defined billing rate for a specific employee. Because the Labor Rate Overrides feature is disabled when the Labor Rate Option is set to Cost, we are manually overriding 100+ invoices every month. We would like for this feature to be available for either Labor Rate Option.
