Our sick leave accrues hourly for hourly employees and weekly for salary employees. In order to make this happen, we have to have two separate leave codes or make manual entries. It would be much easier if a leave code was setup to be able to accrue both ways by extending the basis codes to include fixed accruals by week, month, year, etc.
