We export and email reports to the Technicians all of the time. It would be great when you export the Crystal report and select "Email" that when it opens the email, you could default the subject to something meaningful.
Right now it defaults to "SM Work Order Tasking with attached: SM Work Order Tasking2.pdf". Would be more beneficial if it defaulted the Work Order # or Work Order # and Address or if we had control over what the default would be.
