Put Refresh Views on same form as Regenerate Views

I've been using Viewpoint since 2014 and I did not know I had to Refresh Views after I Regenerated Views. If the two were on the same form, I could easily Regenerate Views after we did an upgrade, and then I would know to also Refresh Views.
