Create a "home screen" for the user, where they can pin Programs/Reports for fast access to frequently used items.

Functionality could be added to allow the user to right-click on a Program/Report and click something like "Add to Home Screen" to pin it to the home screen page. Along with this, there should be a toggle-able setting to allow the user to have ViewPoint open directly to the Home Screen. This would be useful for anyone who has a hard time remembering where specific Programs/Reports are in ViewPoint.
