NCDOT is in the early stages of planning for migrating to AASHTOWare Civil Rights and Labor (CRL) for certified payroll processes. Need to consider adding XML format that would be compliant for submission to NCDOT.

Vista relies on its CPR partners (eMars, LCPtracker) for regionally specific formats. I know eMars is able to produce AASHTOWare compliant CPRs and LCPtracker may as well. We recommend contacting either partner to confirm and then using the corresponding standard payroll export found in your Vista Payroll Report folder.
