CMREF field increased from 10 characters to 25 (specifically on APTD, but everywhere else it is)

The current CMREF field on the APTD is only 10 characters long and our accounting department would like it to be longer. Some auths/CMRef# are longer than 10, therefore looking back for an auth/CMRef is hard because they have had to truncate it to fit in 10 characters, would like it to be at least 25 characters
