Multiple trips can be created for multiple technicians, but there isn't a way to automatically dispatch to multiple technicians or to dispatch to more than one technician on a single trip. We use subcontractors to do some of the work and multiple techs may be required for the job. Currently, we have set up the subs as a PR Employee so they can be listed as a tech, but we can only add one email address to the contact. We need a way to include multiple techs or contacts on a single work order.
