Error on PR Ledger Update

When running the Payroll Ledger Update, we often get errors when posting after the Validation step. This is usually caused by someone using an incorrect code. The problem is, there is no way to go back and correct it at that point, you have to create whatever you need to let it post through. Which means you have costs posting to wrong codes. Why can't the Validation step catch these type of errors?
