Add Last Login Date/Time to the Users screen on the Customer Portal

It would be nice to see when the last time a user logged into the portal. If someone's role changed and they no longer use the access, I would like to see when they last logged in so I can disable the access.

  This is found in Admin > User Access. When Self Service is selected under Module Bundle, there is a "last login" column.
