Agree with Heather's comment. The OCR would be cool, but what would be the most beneficial right now is a description field that could be manually populated.
Even if this field can't be OCR detected right away, it would be good to have a field in the process step that AP can at least enter text into. That would make things easier when they process in Vista - they don't have to open every invoice to find information about what job/equipment/expense the invoice is for.
This is a critical piece to streamline the process for the accounting team once the invoice is in Vista.
