Add column in the Salary History tab (Payroll module) to add job titles next to salary.

With the new SB1162 law coming out Jan 1st, I am required to show salary and titles over the years. Would be nice to have a column for job titles next to the salaries in the Sal. Hist. tab in the Payroll module.
