In personal timecard entry on a mobile device, after you have added lines, the Delete Line button (red x) is located directly above the Add Line button. It is extremely easy to accidentally press the Delete line button instead of the Add Line button or vice versa. This causes frustration for users, but also causes mistakes later if the employee does not realize they deleted a line.
