It would be ideal for at least an option in SM Company Parameters if we can select SM Quotes to default to the Rate Template/Overrides that are set at the SM Customer/SM Site level. Basically to mimic what is pulled through for a new SM Work Order. This would be extremely helpful for customers that have STD Rate Overrides or specific rates.
