Michael, per our conversation on 12/12/2022 at 1:00 pm PST, we discussed that you could add rich text, formatting, fonts, etc. into the forms section within Field Service. This would be awesome to have considering right now our technicians are using Notepad++ to write their reports and then copying the notes into the form. Hope you can get this done by February 2023 like we discussed. Thanks again for speaking with me about it.
