New AP Void Needs Fixing ASAP

The new way of voiding AP payments is ridiculous. I would wager a guess that very few of your clients AP personnel are voiding more than one check at a time. When they do this will help but not if you have to find the check numbers based on a batch ID and not the check numbers themselves. Your software enhancements should make workflows easier, not harder. Please correct this ASAP.

    You are correct, the changes to AP Payment Void were focused on finding and voiding multiple payments at one time far easier (a popular request here in Suggestion Box). Our initial version failed to include a filter by CM Ref# for those who need an easy way to void a single check and have its number. We've since added that filter in 2022 R2 - hopefully, that gives you back a simple way to void a single payment
