Each screen that is editable should have a history button to keep track of all changes and who did them and when. It is helpful in case mis-information is added, we can discuss with the person who changed it to avoid future mistakes of a similar fashion AND we now have what it was changed FROM and can set it back to the correct information.

I created a FULL TABLE INDEX on Vista's AUDITING table, and that speeds up custom queries to grab data from the audit table.
It would be awesome if VP would build the history into VP though, so you could tap into any field and hit an F___ button to see history for that record with those same key fields, or tap one of the top menu's to get a history of when the record was added, or recently deleted records (and by whom).
The Audit table already exists. It's a matter of them putting a better index on it, then making a GUI to open it and find related data that works throughout all the forms. :-)
