Issue 110102: Items added in State Box 14 tab on the PR W-2 Process form are not flowing over to Aatrix.
This issue was known at least 19 days ago. If you had informed us of the issue we would not have to be entering hand corrections right now after verifying our data using the w2 report which is correct.

Thanks for the response Gary. After reporting the issue in 2022, my case was marked as resolved. When we did W-2's this year for 2023, it was clearly not resolved. Nothing had changed. I submitted a new case and Lauren G. is working on it currently. Just a little frustrating.

Beth - I am sorry to hear that you had trouble with State W2 Box 14 items again this year. We issued a fix for the problem with 2023R1.04 and 2023R2 and are confident the issue has been corrected. After reviewing your case notes I am unclear whether Support verified your deduction mappings with Aatrix Tax Types (PR Dedn Liab Setup) or if your 2023 initialized W2 State Box 14 Item data was correct before sending it to Aatrix. I see that your case is still active and hope that Support resolves it soon. If a problem does remain, we certainly will address it.

It was not fixed for 2023. Still a known issue. We had to manually update.

The issue with State Box 14 items incorrectly transmitting to Aatrix was discovered during the 2022 year-end filing season and has been corrected for 2023. Known bugs are listed on the Customer Portal once they have been verified, reproduced, and passed on to Development for correction. We will continue to work to make this process as timely and efficient as possible.
