We would like to monitor our exposure to subcontractor claims throughout the duration of the project. As far as I am able to determine, a subcontractor COR (change order request) is not tracked by Vista as a separate item. When a PM creates a Pending Change Order and a PCO Item is entered for the subcontractor's portion of the Pending Change Order, that PCO Item is usually associated with a subcontractor COR and subsequently, that subcontractor COR will be associated with a subcontractor change order. But the subcontractor COR does not enter the Vista system until the creation of the PM PCO. We would like to be able to enter all subcontractor CORs into Vista, as soon as our subcontractors send them and before the PM Pending Change Order is created. We would like to have a report that lists the outstanding subcontractor CORs so that we can monitor our total exposure to potential subcontractor claims. By outstanding, I mean subcontractor CORs that have not yet been approved through a subcontractor change order. Also, could you add functionality that would allow us to add a subcontractor COR to a PM Pending Change Order by using the "Add PCO Items" button at the bottom of the PM PCO form?
