PO Compliance - Expiration Date needs fixed

When you enter a date in the Expiration Date field in PO Compliance such as 1/1/2056 it changes to 1/1/56. The system thinks this date is 1956 instead of 2056. This date field should mimic the Expiration Date field in SL Compliance.
