Retain your U/HR, HR/U, ManDays or CST/HR selection on the PM Cost Projection editor form

When I'm using the PM Cost Projection editor form, most of the time the option I want in the last row is CST/HR. When I change this, it seems to save for the row that I'm on. But when I change to another Projection Code, it opens up with the U/HR option. It would be nice if there was a way to have the last option I used saved so that the next projection code I opened opened up with the same option I previously used.
