Interfaced bills are in effect final. Without a safeguard (permissions perhaps) anyone that makes an error by inputting an incorrect month can change a posted bill. Even QuickBooks has ways of preventing closed months from being accessed without a password. Vista should have had this years ago. Yes we need to train people but this would be helpful in cases of typos, etc.
