The PR ACA Initialize form doesn't work for us as there is no option for a Lookback Group. You can only initialize to all employees. The form would be useful if it had the option to select a lookback group just like the HR ACA Coverage Offer Init has.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
There is an initialization option by look back group in the HR Resources form from the Tasks toolbar button. It allows you to initialize series 1 offers by look back group and/or employment status.
