Ability to mass increase SM Agreement Budget line(s) by a dollar amount or percentage

With current inflation being as high as it is, it would be nice to be able to increase a line(s) on ALL SM Agreement budgets by some dollar amount or percentage (EX: I want to increase all Maintenance Material +3%). When a franchise has 100s or 1000s of agreements, it is cumbersome to do this one by one.
