The HQ Reviewer Groups is currently set up so selected approvers can view a certain reviewer group (field). There have been multiple requests for reviewers to only view/approve certain employees within a specific reviewer group. They do not wish to view all employees within a Reviewer Group that they are overseeing; only a select few.
It would be nice to have a sub-filter created in the reviewer group that sorts by EE#'s. That way, we can uncheck employees that a reviewer does not need to view/approve within the set group. If we try to remove a reviewer for a certain individual, we only have the option to removes that reviewer for all employees in that group; rather than individually.
To get around this we have been creating new Reviewer Groups based on the EE# alone. Then tying that reviewer to the employee. However, this is creating many lines in the Reviewer Group and causing many ExpenseRevDiffrences on the Employee Record Checks email. It's causing the HQ Reviewer Groups to be convoluted and a bit disorganized. I believe this suggestion could simplify the approval setup and improve the approval process.
