Many states have enacted leave and aid programs that by law must have employee deductions and/or employer paid liabilities. Adding these states setups/requirements in the software and have Vista help identify/setup employees who live or work in states and would need the deduction/liability setups from these state programs.
When employees are configured in Vista to work and/or live in these specific states it would greatly improve the system by reducing the employer maintenance and monitoring of the state programs.
