ACA eligibility requires employers to have a look-back period to determine who may enroll in benefits. By having a report that pulls how many weeks each employee worked with their total amount of hours worked in that time frame we could determine eligibility.

Great idea! I would also use the report when completing Unemployment claims for terminated employees.
