Currently Vista calculates the OT rate only based on the hourly rate in the master, there is no taking into account total compensation to determine the regular rate of pay as required by the DOL/FLSA for overtime calculations. If we pay an additional amount for on-call pay, for example, that pay is required by law to be figured into the regular rate of pay, but unless it's classified as "regular time" in the timecard, the system won't include it in any auto overtime calculation.
