Currently, when you open up A/R, any Job Billing changes for a prior month bill are required to be posted in the opened period before you can close A/R again. This is problematic because we have finalized job billing and A/R numbers for the month and cannot have these numbers change. We would like the ability to specify the month the edits can be posted in. We would post them in the next month.
