In Service Management, Serviceable Items Grid...you can sort by size, make, model, serial number classification, service site number and more. I would love to see a filter for customer number on this grid for this scenario I am in... I have a Customer that had 2,693 service sites and 1,711 serviceable items. I need to change the "test month" due for their serviceable items only. Without going into each of their sites. A customer number filter on this grid would assist in a mass informational change.
