Add ability to filter the PR Craft Report - Selective or PR Craft Weekly Hours by Craft Class

It is great that both reports can be filtered by Craft, but it would be even more helpful to further have the ability to filter it by Craft Class as well. We get questions on hours of specific classes of employees in a Craft and we have to manually come up with a way to report this. For our union reports we also have to breakout apprentices vs journeymen.
