All new jobs/contracts created will start off in the JC Contract Status of "Unstarted" and when the job begins any PR activity it will trigger the status to be moved to "Open." Implementing this customization will reduce the amount of active jobs that have no activity for companies that have an abundance of projects. All "Open" jobs will be active jobs with activity.
