When we upload a transaction in CM Outstanding entries, we use a unique CM Ref for each transaction that will show up on the bank statement. The CM Ref may be broken down into multiple GL codes, but when aggregated it will match the bank statement amount. When we are ready to clear the transactions in CM Clear entries, we then have to check the box next to each individual line instead of one line showing the lump sum of the CM Ref.
There needs to be an option within CM Clear Entries that will allow us to see the total of the CM Ref instead of each line individually.
I have a attached a screenshot showing how one single transaction shows up in CM Clear Entries. It's very cumbersome to check each individual box and seems counterintuitive for them not to be summed. Common sense would tell me that each CM Ref would be one line.
