In JC Material Use, On Hand always equals Available. If you show Available, it only seems to make sense if it takes into account the quantity within the current batch, perhaps to be labeled as "Pending". If you use material ABC in sequence 1, then it makes sense for Available to reflect On Hand - Allocated (sequence 1 quantity plus any other sequences using the same material).
