Hello, I am the Director of Marketing and am charged with the ultimate oversight of the marketing budget. There are sometimes expenses made within the company by employee other than myself that I may or may not be aware of. Of course, the best practice would be for the purchaser to run it by me first, but it doesn't always happen. Is there a way to setup an automated budget notification whenever something is charged to a particular GL?
