Add time to Subcontract by Change Order (PM / SL)

Currently, our company can receive time extension from an owner/client using the change order process. However, subcontract need completion dates and time extensions as well. There is no process to give and time extension to a subcontractor through the PM Subcontract CO process. In fact, the date to complete a subcontract is not a native field in Vista, but a ud_field that we created.
